Looking for a fitness program that will whip you into shape and take the guess work out of healthy eating? Look no further! Body Rebellion Fitness Boot Camp can help.
They offer 6 week courses with 4 schedules to choose from: Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:30am or 6:30am ~OR~ Tuesday/Thursday at 7pm or 8pm.
Come try it out at one of the free classes next week:
Monday April, 25th at 5:30 a.m. or 6:30 a.m.
Tuesday April, 26th at 7 p.m. or 8 p.m.
This program works, but only if you do! You can "cheat" all you want but the only person you are cheating is yourself. So if you are willing to work hard and stick with the program I promise you will see results.
