Interior Design Senior Exhibit
Tuesday, Apr 19 - 10:00AM to 4:00PM Each year students from the Interior Design Program at Utah State University collaborate to produce an event known as Senior Exhibit. Joy of Depression Workshop
Tuesday, Apr 19 - 11:00AM to 12:30PM Joy of Depression Workshop – One in three adults deal with major depression at some point during their life. Emotions are critical signals moving us to action. This five-session workshop is designed to understand both the biology and the psychology of depression in order to distinguish normal sadness from clinical depression. Participants will engage in self-assessment, discussion and review of video clips. Specific strategies in regulating and understanding the joy of depression will be discussed. You will receive the most benefit if you come to all five sessions, however you are welcome to sign-up for the session(s) that most interests you. Please check our website for descriptions of each session. By attending CAPS workshops you will be exposed to a variety of skills to help improve your quality of life and relationships. 3rd Annual Silent Art Auction
Tuesday, Apr 19 - 11:00AM to 3:00PM The Native American Student Council (NASC) is hosting its 3rd Annual Silent Art Auction. Most artwork will start at OPEN BID!! Artwork ranges from paintings, pottery, beadwork, etc. Money made from this event will go into the NASC fund for next school year. Come and support NASC in this wonderful event!! Come cheer on the Lady Aggies as they take on Idaho State here in Logan at 12pm on April 19th at the USU Tennis Courts! Free!

AARP Senior Drivers Class
The AARP senior defensive drivers class will be held from 12:30pm to 4:30pm on Tuesday, april 19th, at Cache County Senior Center. Cost is $12. for AARP members, or $14 for non-members. The certificate of completion will reduce auto insurance rates. Call Susie at 435-753-2866 for reservations.

Pasta Cooking Class
15 Minute Pasta Dinners April 19th at 6:30pm. Sometimes we are desperate for anything quick for dinner. Rather than turning to fast food or frozen food, how about a 15 minute pasta dinner. Lindsey Owens has recipes to share that are fast and delicious. By the time the pasta is cooked, dinner will be ready to get on the table. Percussion Ensembles Concert
Tuesday, Apr 19 - 7:30PM to 9:30PM The Utah State University Percussion Ensembles Concert will feature percussion instruments from a variety of cultures in numerous settings, including marimba ensemble, large percussion ensemble, percussion trio and an African djembe drumming ensemble. The concert will include compositions from notable composers, including Nathan Daughtrey, Bob Becker, Claude Debussy, Daniel Levitan, Charles Gounod and Amadeo Roldan.
