Link Interior Design Senior Exhibit

Joy of Depression Workshop
Tuesday, Apr 26 - 11:00AM to 12:30PM Joy of Depression Workshop – One in three adults deal with major depression at some point during their life. Emotions are critical signals moving us to action. This five-session workshop is designed to understand both the biology and the psychology of depression in order to distinguish normal sadness from clinical depression. Participants will engage in self-assessment, discussion and review of video clips. Specific strategies in regulating and understanding the joy of depression will be discussed. You will receive the most benefit if you come to all five sessions, however you are welcome to sign-up for the session(s) that most interests you. Flutes In Ensemble
April 26, 6:00PM-7:00PM St.John's Episcopal Church will host an eclectic recital of flute ensemble repertoire with flutists from Mt. Logan Middle School joining majors and non-majors from the USU Music Department under the direction of Leslie Timmons. Piccolo, Eb, C, Alto, Bass and Contrabass flutes will be featured in this free concert which is open to the public.

Free Computer Classes

Sky View Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre

Senior Cello Recital
Megan Richards will present her senior cello recital on Tuesday April 26th at 7:30pm in the USU Performance Hall. She will play works by Vivaldi, Cassado, and Beethoven. This event is free and open to the public.

Old Skool Skate Night @ Cache Valley Fun Park
Every Tuesday from 9pm -11 pm. This day is also $2 Tuesday, so any activity this day costs only $2! Befriending the Fun Park on Facebook can give you great deals (especially on Old Skool Night) if you check their page before heading in.
