Yoga @ The Whittier Center

I received this in an email from Annie at Whittier Center Yoga:




Whittier Yoga is now offering a low cost community class beginning this week! Tuesday/Thursday 6:30-7:30pm directly after 5:30-6:30 primary asana class- Join one or both classes. Our full summer schedule will begin June 1st with added morning classes and additional low cost community classes. We are also offering an enormous discount on our personally instructed courses this summer- take advantage!
(Spring classes will remain the same through May. May 21st will be the last Sunday class until fall.)

Below you will find more information about our classes, spring/summer schedule and descriptions, and class fees. If you are receiving this email, you are added to the Whittier Center Yoga list. Get some personal attention to avoid overuse injuries! This training program is developed to create a symmetry of strength, flexiblity and coordination using three different methods: core building exercises based on the work of Joseph Pilates, heavy ball resistance training, and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. During this time students will strengthen their limbs to the core, to become more proficient and graceful in their yoga practice and every day life. Schedule an appointment to meet your needs.
