Bike With Brent Carpenter, CETC Fundraiser

Cache Employment and Training Center (CETC) is celebrating its 50th Anniversary.

On June 17th they will begin their celebration with a “Bike with Brent” ride. Brent Carpent is a local celebrity, even if you don't know his name I bet you've seen him riding around Logan on his bike waving and honking to every single person he sees.

Please join them in this exciting and fun celebration – you can walk, ride your bike, use your wheelchair or be pushed in a stroller. You can Pre-register by June 9th at CETC (275 W 400 South), Al’s Sporting Goods (1617 N Main) and Joyride Bikes (65 S Main) in Logan or the day of the event from 9a.m. until 10a.m.

The ride will begin at 10:30a.m. at Willow Park West (500 W 700 South)in Logan. The length of the ride is 1.4 miles. Pre-registration fee is $10 adult/ children (ages 6 – 12)is $7. Day of event – adult $15 and child $10. Fee includes an “I Biked with Brent” t-shirt.

The first 200 people can purchase a horn for $5. Money generated from this event will be used for programs for people with disabilities. Questions call CETC @ 752-7952 and ask for Ruth Ann.
