KA-POW! GRAPHIC NOVEL EXHIBITION
The Merrill-Cazier Library is presenting Ka-pow! Graphic Novels, an exhibition on graphic novels used in academia. It will be shown in the atrium of the Merrill-Cazier Library from Oct. 24 through Dec. 10. A formal opening reception is Thursday, Nov. 10, at 4 p.m. in room 101 of the Library where several USU professors will discuss the use of graphic novels in their current classroom curriculum. SNC PARENT TOT NATURE HOUR
Explore animals, plants, and nature with your toddler through music, crafts, and games. This is a parent interactive program, and toddlers must have a parent present to participate and explore along with their child. Location: Stokes Nature Center, Logan Canyon. HOLIDAY TREASURES BOUTIQUE
The 3rd Holiday Treasure Boutique begins Friday, November 4th from 5p.m. to 9p.m. and continues Saturday, November 5th from 9a.m. to 3 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Logan. Bring all of your family, friends and co-workers and shop for those very special items on your holiday list. Various vendors will share their wares, loaves of Holiday bread will be available for purchase and, of course, there will be plenty of entertainment with the Westminster Bell Choir performing on Friday evening at 7:30p.m. and great food available in Westminster hall for lunch on Saturday from 11a.m. to 2p.m.

SHERWOOD HILLS - DARK MEADOWS MANOR HAUNTED HOUSE AND FOREST
The Sherwood Hills Resort and Spa located at 7877 S. Hwy 89-91 in Wellsville, Utah 84339 is a relatively new resort. BATC FASHION SHOW
BATC Fashion Merchandising students present their annual Fall Fashion Show 2011. “Passport to Fashion” will be the theme for the fashion show to be held Nov 3rd and 4th at 730p.m. at the Bridgerland Applied Technology College, 1301 N 600 West. ALL FOR ONE, ONE FOR FALL CONCERT
The Utah State University Wind Orchestra, under the direction of Thomas P. Rohrer, will perform its fall concert 'All For One, One For Fall.' The concert is a tribute to composer Percy Aldridge Grainger on the 50th anniversary of his death. A frequent concert pianist during the early twentieth century, this Australian-born musician was a prolific composer of music for bands, although nearly all his music was arranged by him for various other chamber and large ensembles as well. Noted for his meticulous collection of English folk songs via early recording machines, Grainger transcribed these songs—the aural heritage of England—and set them for a variety of ensembles.
