FREE OLIVE GARDEN ENTREE FOR VETERANS
If you are active military or a veteran you can enjoy a free entree , breadsticks and soup or salad at any Olive Garden for free from their special Veterans Day menu when you dine-in, just present proof of service (VA card, VIC, VFW card, LES, military ID card, etc). When: Friday, November 11th during regular business hours.

KA-POW! GRAPHIC NOVEL EXHIBITION
The Merrill-Cazier Library is presenting Ka-pow! Graphic Novels, an exhibition on graphic novels used in academia. It will be shown in the atrium of the Merrill-Cazier Library from Oct. 24 through Dec. 10. A formal opening reception is Thursday, Nov. 10, at 4 p.m. in room 101 of the Library where several USU professors will discuss the use of graphic novels in their current classroom curriculum. JJ COLE WAREHOUSE SALE
JJ Cole will be having their semi-annual Logan Warehouse sale coming up on Fri, Nov 11 from 9am-7pm and it continues on Sat from 10am-4pm. It will be at 1050 N Main St. Suite B-2. Cost of admission is one can of food for the food pantry. All sales are final. No reselling please.

STARTING SMALL ART EXHIBIT
Collected by old and new, 'Starting Small' showcases USU student collections curated by current students. The exhibit illustrates the diversity of art and its collection through the eyes of independent students. Four Utah State students, Trissta Lyman, Megan Mitchell, Brady Mathews and Megan Evans, are curating the exhibit and gathering artwork from other student’s private collections. An opening reception will be held Nov. 11 from 5-7 p.m. in the Tippetts Exhibit Hall. The exhibit runs Nov. 7 - Dec. 1 from 9am to 5pm. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

SKY VIEW HIGH SCHOOL VETERANS DAY PROGRAM
Sky View High School will hold a Veteran’s Day Assembly for all the valley veterans on Friday, Nov 11th at 945a.m. in the Skyview High School Spectator Gym. A fantastic program is planned with a thrilling military tribute. Cost: Free.

MARION HYDE EXHIBITION
Stop by and view the Marion Hyde Exhibit in the Tippetts Exhibit Hall, Chase Fine Arts Center, on the USU Campus. Exhibit runs from 11/05/2011 to 12/01/2011 open 10am to 5pm. Cost: Free!

USU UNDERGRAD ART EXHIBIT
The Caine College of the Arts at Utah State University Presents their Undergraduate Art Exhibition. The show includes student work in painting, sculpting, drawing, photo, printmaking, and ceramics. The show runs from Nov. 7 – Dec. 2nd from 10am to 5pm, in the USU FAV Gallery 102, and is open and free to the public. A reception will be held at the gallery, Nov. 18th from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. where awards will be given. Come meet the artists, enjoy refreshment, and enjoy a spectacular exhibition of talent.

ELLEN ECCLES THEATRE TOUR
Tours commence at 10:30 Am every Monday & Friday, except for show days & holidays. CVCA tours are free and take about 30 minutes. Groups larger than 15 should make reservations by calling the CVCA Ticket Office at 435-752-0026.

All veterans and active military may received a free lunch at the Logan, UT Texas Roadhouse by presenting their discharge papers, military ID, or VA card. You will then select an entree from their special Veterans Day lunch menu, which features a 6oz sirloin with 2 sides and an iced tea or soft drink. ACTORS FROM THE LONDON STAGE PRESENTS: THE TEMPEST
Witness the magic unfold as the self-directed ensemble of five professional British actors of Actors from the London Stage present William Shakespeare’s 'The Tempest.' Set on a remote island, 'The Tempest,' believed by many to be Shakespeare’s final solo work, tells the story of Prospero, the exiled Duke of Milan, who plots to restore his daughter Miranda to her rightful place by using illusion and skillful manipulation. 'The Tempest' is a comedy with an atmosphere resembling that of a fairy tale. It is generally considered to be one of Shakespeare's most mature and most admired plays.
