PARADE OF GINGERBREAD HOMES
The 12th Annual Historic Downtown Logan "Parade of Gingerbread Homes" is a contest that displays gingerbread house entries at downtown businesses from December 2nd through December 30th. The public is invited to vote for their favorite Gingerbread House beginning December 2nd through December 16th. Each entry will have a chance to win one of three $100 Grand Prizes for the "Best of Show." The gingerbread homes will be on display at Anderson's Seed and Garden, The Beehive Grill, The Book Table, Center Street Salon, Coppin's Hallmark, The Diamond Gallery, Indian Oven, Life Style Homes, Peewee's Sweets, SE Needham, The Sportsman, Stork Landing, and U&I Furniture. KA-POW! GRAPHIC NOVEL EXHIBITION
The Merrill-Cazier Library is presenting Ka-pow! Graphic Novels, an exhibition on graphic novels used in academia. It will be shown in the atrium of the Merrill-Cazier Library from Oct. 24 through Dec. 10. A formal opening reception is Thursday, Nov. 10, at 4 p.m. in room 101 of the Library where several USU professors will discuss the use of graphic novels in their current classroom curriculum. LIVE NATIVITY AT THE MORGAN FARM
The Live Nativity at the Morgan farm will be held the second weekend in December 2011. Friday December 8th, Saturday 10th and Monday December 12th, From 5:30PM to 9:00 PM each night. This is a benefit for the Cache food pantry. Admission is a suggested donation of one canned food item per person or $2 per person over four years of age , or $10 per family. MCHS PRESENTS: CHRISTMAS FANTASY
Mountain Crest High School Band & Orchestra will present “Christmas Fantasy” on Thursday, December 8, and Friday, December 9 at 7:00 pm in the MCHS Auditorium. “Christmas Fantasy” is a band/orchestra performance of Christmas music set to an imaginative story for children and is a great first-time introduction of instrumental music which will delight all children, young and old. FOUR SEASONS THEATRE CO. PRESENTS: A CHRISTMAS CAROL
This holiday season the classic Dickens novel comes to life as Four Seasons Theatre Company presents the musical “A Christmas Carol.” This version of “A Christmas Carol” was originally performed at Madison Square Gardens in New York City. Music was written by Alan Menken, Academy Award winning composer of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin. Not surprisingly, the music in “A Christmas Carol” has a very Disney-esque feel that will delight audiences and inspire them with the Spirit of Christmas. A CHRISTMAS CAROL

The Heritage Theatre in Perry presents, A Christmas Carol, based on the classic tale by Charles Dickens, features Nick Velas as the determined miser, Ebenezer Scrooge. WHITE CHRISTMAS
The Old Barn Theatre in Collinston presents: White Christmas. White Christmas is a veritable warehouse full of oldie-but-goodie Irving Berlin tunes that are woven into the show's plotline.
Bob Wallace and Phil Davis are nightclub entertainers whose plans are altered when they meet singing-sister act Betty and Judy. The men follow the sisters to Vermont, only to discover that the nearly-bankrupt lodge they were to perform at is owned by their former commanding general. After discovering that the general is in dire financial straits, the four entertainers secretly make plans to bail the general out with a big musical show, enlisting the aid of Bob and Phil's army buddies. USU Theatre presents: Twentieth Century. Set in two 1930s luxury drawing rooms and the observation lounge of the Twentieth Century Limited train, a flamboyant theatre producer, Oscar Jaffe, is trying to convince his old flame, Lily Garland, to sign an acting contract. Meanwhile, Oscar is doing his best to ward off a would-be playwright, Lily’s boyfriend, a producer and a religious fanatic, among others, on the train as he attempts to seal a deal with Lily.
