Body Rebellion Boot Camp: New Sessions!

Body Rebellion Boot Camp starts new sessions next Monday and Tuesday! Let them help you keep your New Year's resolutions. They have planned another challenging 6 week session for all boot campers. Check out their website for more information and more details on the upcoming sessions.

They also have all their session dates on their website through summer 2012. Remember that you can try BRBC out for free twice to decide if this is something for you (new members only).

***Blogger's totally unpaid and unsolicited opinion: I have attended several sessions of BRBC and have loved it. OK I hated exercising, I always have (and always will), but I loved the trainers, my fellow boot campers, and the fun high energy workouts that kept me interested enough to come back every week. They change things up to keep you from getting bored or getting in a rut. In addition to the workouts they also provide a booklet that includes a healthy eating guide, nutrition tips, delicious and healthy recipes, and much more. If you follow this program you will get fit, lose weight, and feel great.

The class dates & times: all classes run for 1 hour:

MWF 5:30 am
MWF 6:30 am
MWF 5:30 pm
T/Th/Sat 5:30 am (Sat meets at 6 am rather than 5:30am)
T/Th 7 PM
T/Th 8 PM
3-day-a-week classes $99
2-day-a-week classes $78
