Om Nom Nom

Please, please, please do your tastebuds a favor and go chow down at Logan Burgers & Sandwiches.  I love their food and I wrote a post about them about 2 years ago, you can read it here.  They have a huge menu and everything is cooked fresh when you order it.  What the building lacks in ambiance the owners make up for with their warmth and hospitality.

My favorite sandwich on their menu is the chicken parmesan sub, but I also love their greek fries, souvlaki, gyros, and of course the Logan Burger with everything on it.  Here, maybe this photo will whet your appetite, a Logan Burger with everything on it (onions, lettuce, pickle, tomato, pink sauce, burger, cheese, bacon, and grilled mushrooms on a toasted sesame seed bun).

With a Dr. Pepper and fries it makes a tasty and very filling lunch.  If you like Fat Burger or Crown Burger, you'll love LB&S.  It may not be as fast as a drive through but the portions are bigger and the quality is better.  This is one of my favorite hometown burger joints.  I love mom and pop places like this because there is no pretention, just good food at reasonable prices.

They are located in the same complex as El Toro Viejo, on the North side of the building just behind Tuscan Sun Salon, 1085 N Main St Ste 130, Logan, UT 84341.  You can call and order ahead of time and pick it up to go (435) 752-121.  LB&S is open from 11am to 7pm, Monday through Saturday.

Get out of the drive through lane and away from the chains and explore your local options.  Check my restaurant list tab at the top to find local restaurants unique to Cache Valley and give them a try.  We have some real hidden gems that you will love if you'd only take the time to to visit them and find out what they are all about.
