Quiet Time

Take a minute, silence your phone, turn off your TV (yes, you, I see you with the computer and TV on), turn on your speakers, click on the following link and just breathe for a minute...

Feel better?  Good, now turn off your computer and go play with your kids.  Build a snowman.  Go for a walk.  Hug you partner.  Call your mom.  Write a real letter and put it in the mail to a friend.  Read a book.  The world will wait, I promise.  Now I'm logging off to live my life, talk to you soon (but hopefully not too soon).
