Think you know Cache Valley? Prove it!Thanks to the Suzzzz for letting me drop by to introduce a fun contest I've started called the “Where in the Valley Competition”.The point of the competition is simply to have a little fun getting to know our new home while giving members of our new community a chance to get to know a bit about us. Prizes are awarded weekly and bonus prizes are offered on occasion to keep things interesting. Here's how it works:The best way to get to know someplace new is to get out there and explore. So while my husband, Dr. Matt Dana, D.C. goes all over the valley providing home and workplace chiropractic care, I go everywhere with our kids and my camera in search of little adventures.Every Monday morning at 8:00 AM until November 10, 2014, I will post a close-up of a picture taken on one of those adventures to www.livingwellcachevalley.blogspot.com. This could be a landmark, public work of art, local business or organization, or event and will always be somewhere in (or very close by) Cache Valley, UT.
Example Close Up
The first current resident of Cache Valley to comment on the post with the correct name or identifiable description of the location and their first name, last initial and town (Ex: John D. from Logan) wins the prize! Some weeks will also allow guests to enter into a drawing for a Bonus Prize.Winner will be announced the following week, along with some details about the location and the next Where in the Valley Close-Up. Winner will have a week to claim prize by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with their name and mailing address. The prize should arrive in 2-5 business days.On top of bragging rights, there will be a reward at the end of the year for the person who proves they know Cache Valley best by winning the most weekly competitions.Click Here to view full game rules and see the answer to example above.(Note: If you are a local business owner or manager and would like to donate a prize to the competition, please email email@example.com with your name, contact info, and prize.)
