Because Gaelic Storm tickets go on sale tomorrow and that puts me in a good mood...

Because I will never make it to Providence to use this gift card...

I'm giving away a $25 gift card to Zeppe's in Providence by the Stadium 8 movie theatre, across the street from Macey's.

To enter leave a comment listing your current favorite local Cache Valley restaurant and which new local restaurant you want to try next., along with your first name and an email address, by 10pm on Thursday, July 17th.  Winner will be notified by email and announced here on Friday.

and because not a single soul has posted... I would have to say that Jacks was probably my favorite, but unfortunately it's leaving...

Heather, you're in luck! It did close, but it has since reopened under new ownership and is just as great as ever. Sadly another Logan institution is closing soon, one of the old guard restaurants in town will be shuttering in the very near future, when they have told their staff I'll announce it here.

My current favorite is Cafe Sabor (PLEASE don't let this one be the one that is closing soon!), and one that I'd like to try is the new taco place (I want to say it's called "Taco Hut" or something like that) down on the west side of main street, in south Logan, by a laundromat and a Farmer's Insurance office. I'm always intrigued by what I call "Taco Dives"--usually they have yummy yummy food and quirky surroundings. My e-mail is included in my profile.

Charlotte, you're also in luck, Cafe Sabor isn't closing. The taco place you're thinking of is King Taco, go on Thursday, they have a a good $0.75 taco special.

The crepery is my favorite for their nutella hot chocolate, even though I haven't gotten any this summer. I still haven't made it to Herm's Inn, so I hope that isn't the place! (Then again, I've only been to 3 restaurants since moving here over a year ago, so lots still to try out...)
